I’m more than willing to buy your book, and the half-hour consult that goes with it, but I am really more in need of some specific advice. As I am living alternatively in France and the Netherlands, I am not in your timezone (East coast?) for much of the time. This is what I need advice on: we are publishing a book aimed at the business market, are thinking of publishing it through Create Space, but are also thinking we need to stay in contact with our readers, as you do.
